Simply register your interest for any of our utilities using the link next to the utility and we will send you a Licence and download for the application. Use the license key to obtain a software authorisation after install.

12D Exporter
|
|
AutoCAD Civil 3D can easily export data into 12D Model using the 12D Exporter. The 12D Exporter detects AutoCAD Civil 3D objects in your drawing and enables you to select what you wish to export - click Export and you're done. Data is exported in the native 12da file format for immediate import. Design and/or prepare the following objects in Civil 3D and export them directly to 12D:

With simple commands available on a single toolbar the Lot Utilities improves your design and documentation processes with the follow features:

| Feature Line Grader |
|
The Feature Line Grader tool brings a new option to automatically grading any feature line.
With the Feature Line Grader you can quickly and easily set levels on any feature line by picking a start point and elevation, setting a grade and a grade direction. This tool then uses the level and grade information to automatically assign levels to each vertex of the feature line.
 This grading tool is a fantastic addition to the current elevation editing tools of feature lines and has some immediate applications for all sorts of grading designs such as car parks, recreation reserves, and more.
