Attending a Web Presentation
Our web presentations are all hosted using Bluetrain - normally this is used for the visuals only, with audio managed over the telephone. There are some things that you can do before the presentation and some things that will happen as part of the presentation.
Before the Web Presentation
1. Complete the Bluetrain Product Setup (click on Bluetrain Readiness Check image link, below)
Complete the to ensure that your computer is configured to host Bluetrain (this must be done once in order to view using Bluetrain).
We recommend doing this before the agreed start time so there are no delays in starting at the scheduled time.
Note: You can test whether your connection to BLUETRAIN will work by visiting the Bluetrain Test Page before your Web training session.

Joining the Web Presentation
2. We will email you an Invite!
We will email you an invitation to join the presentation, at least 15 minutes before the session starts, including a link to join the meeting and the meeting password.
3. Use the link provided in the email to Join
Simply click on the link from the email to join the active web session - make sure you use Internet Explorer to view the web session. To join the meeting fill in your details, enter the password (included in the invitation email) and then click Join Meeting.
Once you have joined the meeting we will give you a call and get started!
